Project Management

Exhibiting internationally is a high-stakes endeavor. Between the sophisticated halls of Messe Frankfurt and the massive expansions of the Riyadh Exhibition Center, there are thousands of miles, complex customs regulations, and strict venue protocols. At Nextand Build, we remove the "geographical friction" of exhibiting. Our Turnkey Project Management and Global Logistics division ensures that your only responsibility is to show up and engage with your clients. We handle the rest.

360° Project Management: A Single Point of Accountability

We don’t believe in fragmented communication. When you partner with us, you are assigned a Dedicated Project Lead who oversees the entire lifecycle of your build, from the Dubai design studio to the European show floor.

  • Timeline Synchronization: We manage master schedules that account for manufacturing lead times, shipping windows, and venue "move-in" slots.

  • Budget Integrity: Our turnkey approach means the price we quote is the price you pay. We factor in electrical tap-offs, rigging costs, and site services upfront so there are no "hidden surprises" on your final invoice.

  • Technical Submissions: Every venue has a different "Rule Book." We handle all the paperwork:

    • GCC: Dubai Civil Defence approvals, municipality permits, and DEWA electrical certifications.

    • Europe: Structural static calculations, B1/M1 fire-retardant certifications, and rigorous Health & Safety RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Global Logistics: Moving Beyond Borders

Shipping a custom exhibition stand is not a standard freight job; it is a precision military operation. Nextand Build manages a sophisticated supply chain that bridges the GCC and the EU.

  • Multimodal Transport: Depending on your timeline and budget, we coordinate sea-freight for cost-efficiency or air-freight for "just-in-time" delivery.

  • Customs Brokerage: We navigate the complexities of ATA Carnets and temporary import/export documentation. This ensures your stand components move through customs without being flagged for duties or stuck in inspections.

  • Strategic Warehousing: With storage hubs in Dubai and partner facilities in Europe, we offer a "hub-and-spoke" model. We can store your assets between shows, refurbishing them locally to save you thousands in repeat shipping costs.

On-Site Execution: The Last Mile

The final 48 hours before a show opens are the most critical. This is where our on-site teams shine.

  • The Nextand "Build-Squad": We don't hire random local laborers. We deploy our own experienced lead carpenters and supervisors who know your stand inside out because they saw it being built in our workshop.

  • Rigging & Technical Handover: We manage the venue’s official contractors for heavy lifting, ceiling rigging, and primary power drops, ensuring your stand is live and tested 24 hours before the "VIP Opening."

  • The "White Glove" Handover: We don't just finish the build; we detail it. Our team performs a final cleaning, ensures all AV loops are running, and hands over the keys only when every surface is spotless.

Multi-Show Management & Circular Logistics

For brands with a yearly calendar of events (e.g., attending GITEX in October and ISE Barcelona in February), Nextand Build provides a Master Logistics Plan.

  • Asset Tracking: We keep a digital inventory of your stand components, furniture, and AV gear.

  • Refurbishment Program: After every show, our team inspects all components. We repair any "wear and tear," repaint panels, and update graphics so your stand looks brand new at every stop on your tour.

  • Sustainable Consolidation: By intelligently grouping shipments and using regional storage, we significantly reduce the carbon footprint of your exhibition program—a key requirement for modern ESG reporting.
